CHI Health and Creighton University School of Medicine are actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Omaha, Nebraska.

- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours

- Academic appointment available, if desired, from Creighton University School of Medicine
- 6 Weeks of PTO plus 6 Holidays
- Annual Salary of $276,633
- Education Stipend available

- 401k with Match, Malpractice and Tail Coverage provided
- Starting Bonus plus an Annual bonus opportunity
