Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Health Clinic and Creighton University School of Medicine are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician that is committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to care.

• Manage patients in an inpatient rehab unit, functioning as rehabilitation team leader.
• Dual-management model with Hospitalists co-managing all patients.
• Average census of 8-12 patients per physiatrist.
• No in-house weekend calls; inpatient hospitalist coverage on the weekends, physiatrists on home call for rehab related issues.
• Participation in education and mentorship of CUSOM medical students.
• Opportunity for growth to add outpatient clinics in the continuum of care, including Brain Injury, SCI, Amputation, and Stroke as well as spasticity management (chemo denervation, ITB pump refills).
• EMG available in clinic with robust referral volume.
• Large primary care, orthopaedic, and spine surgery partner base for inpatient and outpatient referrals.

Competitive salary, CME allowance, relocation allowance.

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in specified area of medical specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.

Pay Range: $296,000 - $320,000 per year.
