• Base Salary: $475,000
• Buy-in to the practice after one year
• Sign on bonus: $105,000
• Relocation: $10,000

• Malpractice with tail coverage

• Newly renovated as of 2021
• 3 pre-operative bays; 2 post-operative bays
• Large central nurses’ station; large staff breakroom
• 1 minor procedure room, which also houses the Lens-x laser
• 1 OR includes two separate beds for Ophthalmology
• Changing rooms separate for MDs and nurses
• Shell space for supplies/sterilization, and still potential to add another OR
• Equipment: AMO Wave Scan Wave Front System, Intralase iFS Advanced Femtosecond Laser, Visx Star S4 IR Excimer Laser (LASIK), Alcon Len Sx Femtosecond Laser and ORA (Cataracts)

• 40-45 patients per clinic day in Columbus

• Board Certified / Board Eligible / MD / DO Ophthalmologist
• No experience needed
