ResponsibilitiesThe Academic Manager provides pedagogical leadership and curriculum development for the Intensive English Program and custom international education programs within Global Grants and Academic Programs (GAP). This position ensures high-quality, innovative, project-based learning experiences for diverse international constituents including degree-seeking students, short-term program participants, visiting scholars, and grant participants. The Academic Manager collaborates across GAP to develop engaging, academically grounded educational experiences aligned with global language learning standards.
The Academic Manager provides instructional support during high-demand periods or special program needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), Applied Linguistics, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in language teaching and program leadership.
