Required Qualifications
- A master’s degree in Education, Special Education or a related field.
- Prior or current state teacher certification with at least three years of successful full-time teaching experience.
- Knowledge of theoretical underpinnings and evidence-based teaching methods; a commitment to serving all students from varying backgrounds and lived experiences; evidence of mentoring/coaching or leadership experiences in teacher development or preparation.
- Preference will be given to candidates with: evidence of excellence in teaching; involvement with supervision/mentorship of university students in field experiences; working with students in culturally/linguistically diverse settings; and/or collaboration experience between a university and PK-12 schools.
