In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening product knowledge across the organization by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for employees at all levels. You will support internal training efforts for new product launches, updates to existing products, and process‑related learning, while helping build consistency across product‑focused education within the business.
- Collaborate with people leaders to assess learning needs related to products and processes and recommend appropriate learning delivery methods.
- Partner with departments and subject‑matter experts to design effective role‑specific training and onboarding experiences.
- Work closely with the Product/Business Development team to develop learning resources for both new and existing products.
- Support partner learning needs by recommending training solutions, designing materials, and identifying effective delivery approaches.
- Conduct and manage new hire training programs, along with cross‑functional training initiatives and other learning sessions as needed.
- Assist with the design and facilitation of new joiner orientation with a focus on product knowledge and internal processes.
- Provide coaching, consultation, and development support to individuals and teams to elevate learning standards across the organization.
- Incorporate needs assessments, learning experience design, content creation, facilitation, and measurement strategies into all training initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on learner feedback and performance insights.
- Foster strong communication between people leaders and their teams, modeling professionalism, collaboration, and a positive learning culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a training or learning & development role.
- Strong instructional design knowledge and experience creating learning materials, documents, and procedural guides.
- Skilled facilitator with polished presentation abilities and an engaging, learner‑centered approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech‑savvy mindset with comfort using digital learning tools and technologies.
- Experience working in a highly cross‑functional, multi‑brand environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Demonstrates professionalism, positive energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
- Growth mindset with a desire to innovate in a fast‑changing environment.
- Commitment to modeling company values and supporting team development.
- Familiarity with travel insurance and travel experience is an advantage.
