Alpha is transforming the traditional school experience. Our students don't endure passive lectures—they accelerate through adaptive technology, achieve mastery in half the time, and develop essential life competencies. Your role is to ensure the "3 Promises" become reality for every learner in your cohort and to develop our Guides to deliver the same outcomes.
You will combine expert‑level coaching ability with dynamic facilitation skills, transforming workshops, data‑focused team sessions, and precise feedback into powerful development experiences. If you have broken performance records, converted struggling teams into high achievers, or consistently reject mediocrity, we want you creating excellence alongside us.
What makes Alpha distinctive?- Competitive compensation for high‑cost markets – elevated pay structure designed to reflect metro‑area living expenses beyond our standard guide compensation
- Robust benefits package & paid time off – complete health benefits and substantial PTO
- Relocation support – provided for exceptional candidates
- Development‑focused environment – you will receive coaching, professional training, and well‑defined opportunities for expanded leadership
- Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at an elite performance standard
- Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and solutions to common obstacles
- Delivering consistent, results‑focused feedback to Guides that enhances student participation and learning outcomes
- Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced motivation and mentorship techniques
- Developing traditional lesson plans – your Guides enable student learning through adaptive technology; you concentrate on preparing them to become outstanding motivators
- Compromising on excellence – when the success threshold is 100%, maintaining that standard is your responsibility
- Running dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential learning
Develop Guides and students so that every learner in your cohort is excited about school, progresses at 2× the typical rate, and achieves mastery of life skills. Accept no compromises.
