Job SummaryThe Employee Training & Development Specialist is responsible for creating, administering, and delivering employee training and development solutions to build and maintain an engaged, high‑performing, and collaborative workplace. The role develops and coordinates training programs and facilitates courses focused on professional and leadership development, while collaborating with campus partners to lead learning and development opportunities that increase engagement and accountability at all levels.
Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Development, the Specialist serves as a change agent by providing strategies, training tools, and resources on employee engagement and development.

Hybrid (part‑time onsite, part‑time remote) - Salary Range: $57,900 – $86,900 annually
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Development, or a related field (additional related post‑high school education considered). - Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience assessing, developing, and delivering training programs and activities (additional related post‑high school education considered). - License:
Valid driver’s license. - Computer Applications:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint. - Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated success in developing, preparing, and presenting training programs; ability to identify training needs and deliver training using diverse resources; thorough knowledge of principles that foster a positive workplace environment and reinforce organizational values; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; effective communication and facilitation skills; knowledge of performance management processes; negotiation and consensus‑building skills; ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate across teams.

Employee development training; knowledge and/or experience in workplace environment improvement and staff training. - Licence:
