Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Assist the teacher with daily activities.
- Understanding of early childhood development, ability to follow routines and anticipate where help is needed, enthusiasm for working with young children, great team player, flexible, loving, patient.
- Primary duties and responsibilities are to support teachers and students. This may include, but is not limited to, working with students, supervision of duties, general classroom support.
- This position follows the school calendar August-May.
- Part-time position up to 29 hours per week.
- Teaching certificate not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Some knowledge of child development or education is preferred but not required.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Archdiocese of Omaha Safe Environment Training
- Complete a background check
