The Clarkson College Undergraduate Nursing Program is seeking an open rank clinical faculty position who is passionate about facilitating student learning through effective teaching strategies grounded in evidence‑based practice in education.

• In‑person and online course delivery.
• Student mentoring.
• Service to the community and profession.
• Contribution to the development and improvement of program curriculum.
• Maintain command of discipline by participating in professional growth activities.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ medical/surgical clinical experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate as part of a team with diverse constituents.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a faculty member in higher education.
