Position SummaryThe University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Dentistry invites applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds for a full-time, tenure‑leading faculty position in the Department of Oral Biology. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching dental and graduate students foundational and applied pharmacology while advancing an innovative and impactful research program.
The College seeks a candidate who has developed—or demonstrates strong potential to develop—a robust, externally funded research program in an area of oral health research that complements and/or expands existing strengths within the College (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).). Areas of particular interest include, but are not limited to, pharmacology, therapeutics, pharmacogenomics, precision medicine, and emerging applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and data science in oral health research and education.

Required QualificationsQualified applicants will have a terminal doctoral degree. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
