What You’ll Do
  • Assess children's developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
  • Support families and coach educators using the Positive Behavioral Supports/Teaching Pyramid model.
  • Promote young children’s social-emotional well-being through collaboration, interventions, resources, and training.

  • Has a positive and reliable work ethic
  • Holds experience working with children and families
  • Can assess developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of children
  • Is comfortable providing behavioral interventions, training, and coaching for educators and families

Qualifications
  • Experienced in social work, counseling, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred)
  • Skilled in individual and group counseling
  • A strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points
  • Experience with the Positive Behavioral Supports/Teaching Pyramid model
  • Experience providing training or coaching to early childhood educators
