Mission Crew Training Simulator Specialist
Leidos is seeking a Mission Crew Training Simulator Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE. In this role you will standardize training task objectives and timelines to support Mission Qualification, Mission Certification, and pre‑deployment training. You will develop and maintain MCTS scenarios that are exportable, adaptable, and standardized to stay ahead of ever‑changing adversaries, requiring biannual reviews and updates to reflect the current target operational environment.
Responsibilities- Create MCTS‑based scenarios for government and military personnel based on customer provided Training Task List (TTL) objectives.
- Make applicable changes and updates to existing training material as needed.
- Create and update simulations as needed to meet new requirements to include non‑kinetic operations and modern collection systems.
- Provide project tracking metrics to 55th Operations Group Training detailing work completed and technical and/or scheduling issues.
- TS/SCI with polygraph required on day 1.
- Bachelor's and 4+ years (or Associate's and 6+ years) of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience supporting military training to include at least one of the following:
Initial and Mission Qualification programs and Continuation Training, to include Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Status of Training (SOT) reporting, or documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS) or student progress reports. - Prior experience in Russian, Chinese, or Spanish.
- Experience developing courseware to support Training Task Lists (TTL).
- Experience supporting ISR operations.
- Experience in project management adhering to Agile and/or Scrum concepts.
- Knowledge in operating a Linux‑based operating system.
- Chinese language skills.
- Security+ certified.
