MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree must be completed by start date.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, keep accurate records, and prepare reports.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet University driving criteria is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Youth Development, Education or closely related field.
- Experience working with youth through other organizations as an employee or volunteer.
- Previous 4-H or teaching experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and data management software.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful.
