• Bachelor’s degree required. Degree must be completed by start date.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, keep accurate records, and prepare reports.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet University driving criteria is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Youth Development, Education or closely related field.
• Experience working with youth through other organizations as an employee or volunteer.
• Previous 4-H or teaching experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and data management software.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Bi­lingual in English and Spanish helpful.
