JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This position is for a high school teacher under contract with a district in Douglas, Dodge, Sarpy, or Washington counties to teach MCC Financial Literacy courses for dual credit at their home high school.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

Deliver MCC course objectives in the high school dual credit classroom

Ensure academic rigor aligns with on-campus expectations

Participate in departmental course assessments

Complete required curriculum training

Maintain an MCC-aligned course syllabus

Uphold professional and ethical standardsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Master's degree in the discipline or in a related discipline with a minimum 18 graduate semester hours in the disciplineORJuris Doctorate is equivalent to Doctorate for Estate PlanningORBachelor's degree in business or a related discipline and a Certified Public Accountant certificate and 2 years full-time related experience is equivalent to a Master's for Tax PlanningORFOR AFC and CFP Board Registered Programs:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and active relevant industry certification and 2 years full-time related occupational experience

Currently employed high school teacher who will be under contract with a local school district in Douglas, Dodge, Sarpy or Washington counties
