We are rapidly expanding our crew and looking for a few talented, enthusiastic, and high‑energy Baby Strong Children’s Coaches. If you love working with tiny humans (crawling to walking) and want a fun morning gig, this spotlight is yours.

Baby Strong is our coach‑led program designed specifically for infants in the exciting crawling‑to‑walking stage (typically ages 6 months to 1 year). These specialized sessions focus on building a powerhouse foundation for life through purposeful movement and deep parent‑child connection. Every class helps babies grow strong, curious, and confident—one milestone at a time.
Responsibilities- Lead the Littles:
Coach classes of 6 to 15 children, keeping energy high, fun, and deeply motivational. - Run the Science‑Backed Curriculum:
Teach our expert‑developed, science‑backed Baby Strong curriculum, focusing on brain, physical, and character development. - Partner with Parents:
Work hands‑on with babies and parents, guiding moms and dads on the floor, assisting with class flow, and explaining the why behind developmental milestones. - Celebrate Big Wins:
Hand out awards and lead rank ceremonies to celebrate these tiny athletes' progress. - Command the Arena:
Utilize Kid Strong equipment such as Krawlers, mats, wedge boxes, parachutes, tunnels, and blocks. - Keep it Clean & Safe:
Ensure floors, lobby, and equipment are sanitized and safe. - Stay Connected:
Use the KS Coach’s App to track data, huddle with the team on Slack, and attend monthly staff training meetings.
- Toddler & Baby Fanatic: A passion for working with infants and toddlers.
- Parent Educator:
Comfortable speaking to, educating, and guiding parents on the floor. - Physical Energy:
Ready for a physically active shift—lifting up to 25 pounds, moving fast, and staying hands‑on for safety. - Background Plus:
Prior experience coaching young age groups, or experience as a pediatric OT/PT. - The Essentials: CPR Certified, a self‑starter attitude, intermediate knowledge of exercise techniques/body mechanics, and a certified status through our HQ Fran Connect training.
$20.00 per hour
