Reports to:
Principal and Pastor
To provide mathematics instruction to a small class size of 7th and 8th grade students by developing lesson plans to develop classroom instruction. Create a caring Christian environment. Work with resource staff when needed to adjust to the needs of the student.
Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Love of teaching mathematics based on in depth knowledge of math content
- Effective classroom management
- Bachelor's degree in education
- Posses a valid Nebraska teacher, or provisional teaching certificate, or will work with candidate to obtain an alternative teacher program permit
- Complete a Safe Environment Training class and complete a background check
