Coalition Rx is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging Too Good for Drugs Facilitator to deliver evidence-based substance abuse prevention programming to youth in schools and community settings. The facilitator will lead interactive lessons that promote healthy decision-making, resilience, social-emotional skills, and drug-free lifestyles while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Facilitate the Too Good for Drugs curriculum with K-8 students in accordance with program guidelines and fidelity standards.
• Work with the Executive Director/school support staff to create an engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate learning environment.
• Lead classroom discussions, activities, role-playing exercises, and skill-building lessons.
• Build positive relationships with students, school personnel, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate attendance, participation records, and program documentation.
• Communicate effectively with program staff regarding scheduling, participant progress, and program needs.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
• Serve as a positive role model who promotes healthy choices and personal responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree or working on a degree in education, social work, psychology, public health, human services, or any of the humanities (preferred).
• Experience working with youth in educational, community, or prevention settings (preferred).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and foster meaningful participation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to program sites as needed.
• Successful completion of background checks and any required certifications.

• Knowledge or experience delivering evidence-based prevention curricula.
• Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with basic technology and data entry systems.

• Ability to stand and present for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and transport program materials up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to travel between program locations.

• $22/hour for 8 hours/week through May 2027
