Dual Enrollment Coordinator/Advisor
The Dual Enrollment Coordinator/Advisor serves as the primary coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences’ dual enrollment initiatives, supporting graduate student recruitment, advising, and success of current and prospective dual enrollment teachers while strengthening partnerships with area school districts. The position provides academic advising to graduate students pursuing dual enrollment credentials, graduate certificates, and master’s degrees, helping educators identify appropriate pathways and connecting them with university resources throughout their academic journey.
The Coordinator/Advisor also manages the administration of college dual enrollment programming, including events, scholarships, faculty outreach, assessment, and reporting, while coordinating recruitment and marketing efforts that promote dual enrollment opportunities to teachers, students, families, and school partners. Working collaboratively with college faculty, university offices, and secondary teachers and administrators, this position advances UNO’s strategic goals, including in both A&S and CEHHS , of expanding dual enrollment participation, strengthening the educator pipeline, and increasing student matriculation to the University.

This position provides graduate advising for cohorts or individual future dual enrollment teachers.
- Works with area school districts to recruit new cohorts and individual graduate students.
- Advises students through appropriate pathways for dual enrollment credentialing.
- Advises creates continuing education plans for students completing graduate certificates or master’s degrees in the colleges of arts and sciences and/or education, health, and human sciences.
- Provides responsive student support for teachers, connecting them with relevant campus offices, resources, or faculty.

This position provides administrative support for level dual enrollment activities held at UNO and in area high schools.
- Schedules and coordinates dual enrollment events held on campus
- Manages college dual enrollment teacher scholarship applications
- Coordinates college faculty/staff high school visits.
- Manages requests and acquires supplies for dual enrollment students and/or teachers.
- Conducts assessments to verify effectiveness of dual enrollment programming in the college and adjusts accordingly.
- Develops and presents reports, proposals, speeches, presentations, etc. as needed or as assigned.

Outreach and Recruitment
Responsible for supporting dual enrollment outreach and recruitment activities.
- Provides information to high school faculty and staff, potential students and their parents on college dual enrollment program offerings and UNO admissions.
- Coordinates marketing material, recruitment, and outreach activities in collaboration with appropriate College and UNO personnel and partnering school site administrators.
- Promotes and encourages dual-enrolled students to matriculate to UNO upon high school graduation.
