Paraprofessional Position At Norris Elementary
Norris Elementary is looking for a caring, dependable, and student-centered paraprofessional to join our amazing resource team! The paraprofessional will provide academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and executive functioning support throughout the school day. The paraprofessional will implement strategies and supports outlined by special education teachers, in small group and classroom settings.
The ideal candidate:
- Builds strong, trusting, and respectful relationships with students and staff.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, flexibility, and a commitment to meeting the individual needs of students.
- Maintains a calm, supportive, and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and successful.
Schedule:
M, T, Th, F- 8:30-3:30
W- 8:30-2:30
