The Youth Development Professional at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands will guide members KG-12th through Education & Career Development, sports, arts and leadership programs. You will help youth build voice and independence, while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment and reflective practice across activities.
Responsibilities include delivering diverse program areas, supervising groups, and ensuring accurate documentation and progress toward youth outcomes in a busy club setting.
