AES CE is seeking a Solar Technician II to support O&M activities at the Platte view project near Ashland, Nebraska. The role requires hands-on maintenance of solar PV sites and substations, with a focus on safety and reliability. Travel to the site and daily commuting are expected.
Ideal candidates will have a technical degree or Journeyman qualification, 3+ years in PV O&M, and 5+ years in a power plant with PV/O&M/construction exposure. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.
