IMEG is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in civil site design, infrastructure, and/or water/wastewater design to join our Civil team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will lead and manage large, complex civil engineering projects, providing project direction, technical expertise, and innovative solutions to ensure successful outcomes for clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery from concept through construction, and play a key role in mentoring staff and developing client relationships.

** Principal Responsibilities
** Ensure designs meet owner standards, IMEG standards, and code requirements; oversee quality control and construction support
** Required Qualifications and Skills
** 10 years of experience minimum required, 12 preferred, in the building design consulting industry Mastery of technical and analytical skills including proficiency in the Civil Engineering field

Ability to perform final quality control check in their area of expertise Ability to sell work and develop client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
