Sr. Systems Engineer:
Ability to leverage group policy management when possible
** Sr. Systems Engineer
** Ideal candidate will have at least an Associate’s degree in the related area with 5+ years of experience directly supporting HPE Non Stop hardware in an enterprise server environment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating team building attitude and skills.

Qualifications:

8 or more years of experience supporting and managing change to the HPE Non Stop platform. Including experience patching hardware and all components.
8 or more years of experience supporting Hardware Security Module’s, preferably Atalla2 years of experience with the Prognosis monitoring tool

XYPRO product experience desired.

RDF/ DRNET (data replication) experience desired. Advanced experience of the HPE concepts and facilities.

Advanced problem-solving skills.

Willing to learn new skills.

Programming experience required

Understands and anticipates customer and employee needs and takes action to ensure products and service exceed their expectations. Keeps current on best practices and trends in customer service. Provides consistency, reliability and a sense of urgency to address requests. Work to provide clear and accurate technical and self-service documentation.  Assist end users to provide expertise in diagnosing technical issues. Ability to provide training for users and team members as requested

Works in partnership with others across the organization to accomplish set goals and objectives. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborative partnerships with all levels of the organization to understand the business opportunities and challenges. Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices for comparison to current enterprise state to identify opportunities for improvement. Independently drives to completion with minimal instruction.
