• Be an Alternative Delivery Leader for Design Build projects, leading delivery strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and construction partners to optimize design and constructability.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and risk management to meet project milestones and performance targets.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring alignment with Olsson standards and client expectations.
