• Recruit, train, and inspire top engineering talent
• Set performance expectations and build pathways for career growth

• Research, evaluate, and innovate new product offerings
• Optimize existing solutions and oversee testing/documentation

• Provide technical consultation to customers and internal teams
• Create resources for sales, marketing, and training
• Deliver impactful presentations to engineers, specifiers, and clients

• Build strong customer relationships
• Lead strategy and vision for commercial services
• Drive revenue goals and department KPIs

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license(s)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering + 8+ years in geotechnical/structural engineering
• Expertise in soil mechanics, deep foundation design, and building construction
• Leadership experience managing technical teams and setting vision
• Proficiency in modeling software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and materials expertise (steel, concrete)
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada
