Civil Engineering, Structural Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction 3D Modeler to support our heavy civil/transportation survey and construction teams. We are seeking a hands‑on 3D Modeling & Digital Delivery Manager to lead modeling efforts in support of survey and construction operations across heavy civil and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate, construction‑ready 3D models, managing digital delivery workflows, and building a scalable modeling team.
The ideal candidate is both a player and a coach - actively involved in modeling production, capable of producing high‑quality work while developing team capabilities and establishing standards across projects.
Your work directly supports strategic infrastructure initiatives that enhance AI data center capacity, energy reliability, and community resilience. Our teams support industrial infrastructure construction (Data centers, concrete portions of Power and Water treatment facilities) as well as roadway and bridge construction. Your contribution as a Construction 3D Modeler is vital to delivering reliable, future‑ready infrastructure across the central US region.
District OverviewWe build heavy civil and transportation projects, including highways, airports, mass transit systems, canals, dams and tunnels, as well as support site development and concrete portions for industrial projects like data centers, water treatment facilities and power. With one of the largest equipment fleets in the region, we can mobilize to any location as a full‑service construction team capable of self‑performing mass grading, drainage, bridge construction, aggregate production, paving, rail and utility construction.
