- Design and develop PLC and HMI applications for complex SCADA systems
- Lead control system commissioning
, including instrumentation and motor controls - Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication networks (fiber, radio telemetry, broadband)
- Own project documentation and technical deliverables from start to finish
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout design, build, and ongoing support
- Strong background in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, GE, or similar)
- Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms (Factory Talk, Wonderware, Cimplicity, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and end users
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred, not required)
- ~25% overnight travel within the Midwest
