• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and adhere to industry best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on surveying best practices and technologies.
• Stay up to date with UAS regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies.
• Participate in industry conferences or events as a guest speaker or panelist to share insights and expertise.
• Assist in sales activities and maintenance of client relationships.
• Prepare technical and fee proposals.
• Participate in the preparation of surveys and contract documents, as required.
• Perform QA/QC reviews for project or task deliverables.

• Work with state-of-the-art surveying, UAS, LiDAR, and scanning technologies.
• Use high-precision GPS and Total‑Station equipment for accurate data collection.
• Employ 3D laser scanning technology to create detailed point cloud models.
