Position SummaryOur Building Structures team is looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of building and building‑related structural projects in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities- Perform structural design and condition assessments for concrete, steel structures, and other structures.
- Develop complete construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
- Conduct and review QA/QC for calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accuracy and code compliance.
- Plan workloads and manage structural task budgets and schedules.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships.
- Participate in all phases of design, including construction administration and bid phase services.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, including field work and client interaction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and technical writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and deliver quality results on time.
- Structural Engineer (SE) license.
- NCEES registration and ability to obtain licensure in other states.
- RISA/RAM experience.
