What You'll Do
As a Project Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering high-impact water and wastewater projects. Whether you are crunching design calculations or coordinating across offices, your work will directly support the success of our clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead projects related to water, wastewater, and/or water resource management.
- Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications with precision and creativity.
- Accumulate and analyze data, presenting findings in professional reports, memos, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead portions of design work and help ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables that meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Assist with permitting applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with team members across multiple offices and disciplines to keep projects on track and aligned.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Previous experience executing technical studies, analyses, and/or designing and creating plans and specifications for water-focused projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for the results.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a task.

The expected compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $134,000 depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
