Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations and the Field Operations Coordinator, you will travel to project sites throughout the US and Canada for initial site assessment visits and for construction observation visits during the construction phase. The Field Coordinator must have a solid practical knowledge of architectural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction techniques, and be able to identify all key components of MEP building systems.

The role requires high‑level communication skills to converse with clients and design/construction team members.

Responsibilities

Travel to project sites throughout the US and Canada to complete initial site assessments and construction observation visits during the construction phase.

Leverage practical knowledge of architectural engineering technology, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction techniques to identify all key components of MEP building systems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 2‑year associate’s degree in architectural engineering or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of field experience in the construction industry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility with scheduling and travel
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Adobe PDF, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
