Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is looking for a highly skilled and confident individual to fulfill an Imaging Service Engineer III role with Nebraska Medicine located in Omaha, NE.

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.

What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will:

  • Test electronic, radiologic, and mechanical equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections.
  • Repair or replace defective parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, calibration, and tests.

What You Bring
  • Experience repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical imaging devices including CT and Nuclear Medicine a plus.
  • Have at least 7+ years' experience in an imaging role.
  • Ability to mentor and lead Jr. Imaging Engineers.
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices.
  • Prior knowledge of renowned medical equipment, preferably GE, Philips, Siemens, Carestream, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment

Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training. Significant factory-level training of imaging equipment contributing to the effectiveness of the organization. Preferred CRES nationally
