Industrial Wastewater Project Manager
In the role of Industrial Wastewater Project Manager, you will lead, direct, develop, and market projects involving the planning, design, and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.
Responsibilities- Experience directing project staff and lead industrial water/wastewater projects as a project director and/or project manager, and be involved in marketing and planning of proposals and interviews.
- Provide project and task management; conduct complex process engineering for projects and proposals; collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums; lead production of design calculations and technical reports; and lead preparation of engineering plans and specifications for design of industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Experience with design/build is also desirable.
- Possess strong oral and written communication and listening skills, including good leadership and organizational skills.
- PE strongly preferred.
- Master's Degree.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management.
- Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities.
- Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Strong oral and written communication and listening skills, including good leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience handling multiple assignments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7 years related experience.
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams and have excellent organizational, project management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles are eligible for limited benefits.) Minnesota: $116,498-$166,425.
