Responsibilities
The Nebraska Water/Wastewater Leader will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of the water/wastewater staff they supervise. This includes collaborating with the market, sector, discipline, and geography leads on short and long-term strategic planning, annual business planning, ongoing business development and client development, team member recruiting and retention, team member professional development, consistently meeting company high-performance expectations for utilization and financial performance, and overall project production/quality.
The Water/Wastewater Leader may also manage multiple projects and/or assist the project team with project management duties and best practices.
We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE office location.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry.
- At least 4 years of experience supervising others.
- Established background in the water/wastewater industry.
