We are seeking an Industrial Wastewater Project Manager to lead planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. The role involves directing project staff, managing project and task execution, providing technical solutions, and supporting business development.
Responsibilities- Direct project staff and lead industrial water/wastewater projects as a project director or manager.
- Engage in marketing and planning of proposals and project interviews.
- Provide project and task management; conduct complex process engineering for projects and proposals; gather, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums.
- Lead production of design calculations and technical reports; prepare engineering plans and specifications for design of industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Experience with design/build is also desirable.
- Possess strong oral and written communication and listening skills; leadership and organizational skills.
- PE strongly preferred
- Master’s Degree
- PMP certification
- Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management.
- Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities.
- Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments.
- Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Experience handling multiple assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7 years related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
