- Site development, site master planning and site selection
- Underground utility routing and site space planning
- Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems
- Analyzing and designing gravitational wastewater systems
- Performing final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing
- Providing erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans and support permit approval
- Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in any given area
- Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications, such as StormCAD, Civil Storm
- 15+ years experience
- PE required
- Data Center experience preferred, but not required.
- Position based in Omaha, NE
- Advanced Civil 3D skills
- Ability to follow lead a site civil team on a project and to collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.
- Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
- A PE or the ability to obtain one while they are contingent (6 months).
- Experience in stormwater analysis/modeling using StormCAD and/or Civil Storm
- Experience with Data Center/large industrial site selection, development, and master planning
- DESIGN of underground utility routing, site space planning, hydrology/storm drain systems, gravitational wastewater systems, grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and stormwater pollution prevention
