- Work for the Mechanical discipline under the direct supervision of an Engineer or other technical professional.
- Assist in the development of the Mechanical Revit model with direction from Digital Design, Architectural, or Engineering staff.
- Assist with the creation of the Mechanical Revit model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output for the Mechanical discipline.
- Accurately model BIM elements in the correct constraints of the modeling environment using Revit.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams of the design using current 3D software.
- Maintain the Mechanical Revit model including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets.
- Produce Mechanical‑specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output.
- Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
- Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
- Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
