Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Site Civil Lead to support large-scale Data Center and Industrial Site Development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Civil 3D, StormCAD/Civil Storm, site development, underground utilities, stormwater management, and grading design.
Required Skills- 15+ years of Civil Engineering experience
- PE License (required or ability to obtain during the assignment)
- Advanced Autodesk Civil 3D (Required)
- Experience leading Site Civil teams
- StormCAD and/or Civil Storm experience
- Data Center and/or Large Industrial Site Development experience
- Underground utility routing
- Site planning and master planning
- Hydrology and stormwater management
- Wastewater system design
- Grading and earthwork balancing
- Erosion & sediment control
- SWPPP preparation
- AHJ coordination and permitting
- Multidisciplinary coordination
- Site development and site selection
- Underground utility routing
- Stormwater and hydrology analysis
- Wastewater system design
- Grading and earthwork balancing
- Erosion control and permitting support
Stormwater modeling using StormCAD/Civil Storm - Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams
