Overview

Sr. Geotechnical Engineer s role offers the potential for remote, hybrid, or on-site work, and includes a one-time $10,000 hiring bonus. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move.

We’re seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with expertise in geotechnical engineering to join our mission-driven team. You’ll act as the bridge between cutting-edge products and contractors who rely on them, helping deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success and company growth.

• Be the go-to technical expert for project analysis, problem solving, and design/recommendation of tailored solutions in collaboration with customers.
• Consult with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met with precision.
• Promote the use of Supportworks products and provide guidance and support to the customer network.
• Develop technical documents, specifications, case studies, training materials, and related resources.
• Share expertise through webinars and in-person presentations for design professionals and customers.
• Assist with training installing contractors on successful execution of commercial projects, including bidding, equipment needs, understanding contracts, etc.
• Travel to trade shows and industry events to represent Supportworks products and engineering methodologies.

• BS in Engineering (Geotechnical or Civil preferred) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential construction codes.
• Extensive knowledge of soil mechanics, deep foundation design, and residential/commercial construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex subject matter to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborative mindset with strong project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada.

• BS in Engineering (Geotechnical or Civil preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience.

• Possession of a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.

• Proficiency in design software.
