Civil Engineering Professional
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Professional to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site development, master planning, and utility routing. This role involves hydrology analysis, wastewater system design, and stormwater pollution prevention. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop site plans, master plans, and select sites for development.
- Plan underground utility routes and site space.
- Conduct hydrology analysis for storm drain system design.
- Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems.
- Perform final grading plans, including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
- Provide erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approval.
- Research and adhere to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction.
- Conduct stormwater analysis and modeling using software applications such as StormCAD and Civil Storm.
- 15 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Data center experience is preferred but not required.
- Advanced skills in Civil 3D.
- Ability to lead a site civil team and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.
- Adaptability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
