Foley Shald Engineering specializes in land development engineering, site design and stormwater management, seamlessly integrating all phases of a project to create unique designs that are on budget and on time.
We work closely with our clients through the entire process to keep them informed and involved every step of the way, until the vision becomes a reality.
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer with 5-15 years of civil engineering experience and a strong land development background. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader and project manager responsible for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage land development projects from due diligence through construction.
- Serve as project manager with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
- Develop and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, paving, and site design plans.
- Coordinate directly with municipalities, review agencies, clients, architects, and contractors.
- Review and seal engineering plans and reports.
- Provide construction-phase support and mentoring to engineering staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 5-15 years of progressive experience in land development engineering.
- Strong Civil 3D proficiency.
- Demonstrated client-facing project management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Currently performing project engineer, project manager, or senior project engineer duties at a consulting firm.
- Interested in increased autonomy, leadership opportunities, and career growth.
- Enjoys balancing technical excellence with client service and team development.
The assignment will require occasional evening and weekend work and working in collaborative, fast-paced, and client-driven environment. It may include out-of-town work assignments
