Data Center Site Design And Planning

This is the design and planning of a data center site prior to or in conjunction with construction beginning. The role requires a PE or the ability to obtain one within six months. Strong Civil 3D skills and experience are necessary, along with experience in stormwater analysis/modeling using StormCAD and/or Civil Storm. The position is based in Omaha, NE, with relocation assistance possible.

The role involves the design of underground utility routing, site space planning, hydrology/storm drain systems, gravitational wastewater systems, grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and stormwater pollution prevention. Experience with data center/large industrial site selection, development, and master planning is required. The role also coordinates with mechanical, structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines, among others. The position is based in Omaha, NE, with the possibility of relocation assistance.
