Position Summary

The Manager, Energy Systems Operations provides overall management of Energy Management and Controls System ( EMCS ), Lighting Controls and Utility Metering systems. Provides project development and project management by designing projects, writing specifications, preparing construction documents and managing outside contractors pertaining to utility energy systems. Provides supervision of EMCS Technicians. Identifies, documents, details and justify energy conservation, efficiency and optimization opportunities across campus.

Duties:

• Utilizing a thorough understanding of cutting edge technologies and trends; identify, document, detail and justify energy conservation, efficiency and optimization opportunities across campus.

• In collaboration with the Assistant Director, ensure energy efficiency technologies and concepts are being implemented on campus.
