Kona Ice Truck Driver

Overview

Kona Ice of Three Rivers is seeking motivated and charismatic drivers to join our local Krew. We are filling full- and part-time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with a growing company that participates in a wide variety of local events, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, and birthdays.

Drivers should have flexible schedules with a focus on meeting customer needs. If you are willing to step up to fill in for others when needed and want to contribute to a high-volume, safety-conscious operation, this role may be a good fit. Working with children is non-negotiable.

• Represent the Kona Ice brand by delivering a memorable experience for all customers
• Drive Kona Ice truck from warehouse to scheduled events on time and in a safe manner
• Efficiently serve all customers and clients with speed and accuracy while providing exceptional customer service
• Take orders, process payment, and ensure transactions are complete to customer satisfaction
• Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation for all events
• Know event procedures and warehouse expectations
• Complete Kona Ice truck preparations and stocking of all supplies at the beginning and end of each shift
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks and warehouse to maintain clean environment
• Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with fellow team members
• Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to appropriate staff

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a great driving record
• Weekend and evening availability
• Work 36-40 hours per week
