How would you contribute?

This role is a contributing member of our Airlite - Omaha team, located in Omaha, NE. As aCustomer Support Specialist you are a key to continued growth and success of Airlite. The Customer Support Specialist provides transactional and operational support for customer order processing within an assigned business unit. This role supports the execution of cradle-to-grave order management activities, ensuring orders are entered accurately, scheduled appropriately, and fulfilled in alignment with manufacturing and logistics timelines.

With a keen focus on internal collaboration, this position is focused on order processing and the coordination of delivery of product based on demand signals.

• Supports the Senior Customer Account Specialist in managing key customer accounts, ensuring timely communication, order coordination, and overall account satisfaction.
• Enter and process customer orders, revisions, and returns in company systems with high level of detail and accuracy.
• Verify pricing, discounts, and contract terms based on established guidelines.
• Communicate order status updates, shipment details, and delivery changes as needed, ensure deadlines are adhered to.
• Coordinate with production planning, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to support on-time fulfillment.
• Work closely with all members of the team, both internal and external, to ensure timely and efficient communication.
• Display professionalism and participate to the ongoing efforts of the team.
• Monitor inventory and production schedules to identify and elevate potential issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within enterprise systems.
• Support shipping documentation and transportation coordination as required.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies and administrative inquiries.
• Follow established processes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety, attendance, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
