Our Omaha-based family office firm is seeking a part-time Investment Consultant (CFA) to lead dynamic, high-net-worth portfolio strategies. This is a chance to play a key role in a lean, elite financial environment without a full-time commitment. You will have the opportunity to drive strategy in a dynamic market context, making key investment decisions, while navigating market volatility and ensuring the family wealth is both preserved and primed for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize multi-asset (equities, fixed income, alternatives) portfolios tailored to the family.
• Develop and refine long-term investment policies and strategic asset allocation framework aligned with goals and market outlook.
• Collaborate with the family to implement major investment decisions and adjust strategy as needed.
• Monitor global market trends, economic indicators, and portfolio performance; proactively rebalance and adjust strategies to manage risk and capitalize on opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on new investment opportunities, asset classes, and managers to continually enhance portfolio returns and diversification.
• Present clear portfolio performance reports and well-supported investment recommendations directly to the family.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with 5+ years of experience managing investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients (wealth management or family office background strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of successful portfolio management, with proven results in asset allocation, risk management, and meeting or exceeding client objectives.
• Broad knowledge of global markets and asset classes, enabling sophisticated and informed portfolio construction.
• Sharp, strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving; able to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, comfortable working closely with a family and handling sensitive financial information.
