Job Title: Treasury Management Support Specialist
Classification: Nonexempt
Location: Omaha, NE - hybrid/flexible schedule with supervisor approval after initial training, which means there's an in-office expectation and the flexibility to work outside the office location, subject to supervisor approval.

Job Summary: The Treasury Management Support Specialist provides operational and customer services support for commercial deposit and treasury management services by assisting Treasury Management Executives, Commercial Relationship Managers, Commercial Loan Coordinators, Retail Banking Services, and clients. This role is responsible for both sales assistance and servicing of Arbor Bank’s Treasury Management services and systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Treasury Management Representative Assistance (50%)- Support Treasury Management Representatives in developing and managing client relationships.
- Gather and document detailed service setup information for new and existing Treasury Management Agreements.
- Coordinate the signing of Treasury Management Agreements and update systems accordingly.
- Assist in Treasury Management relationship reviews, including preparing account summaries and following up on action items.
- Conduct client/user training sessions (in-person or virtual) on Treasury Management services.
- Onboards new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other financial products to provide a smooth, seamless onboarding experience with Treasury Management products.
- Help coordinate "Grow with Arbor" Client Strengths sessions.
- Assist customers with Treasury Management activities such as ACH limit increases, ACH prefunding, and online banking issues.
- Provide support for Treasury Management services, including, but not limited to:
- Arbor Direct Basic, ACH, Online Wire, and Mobile
- Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and ACH Filter
- Corporate Credit Cards and Merchant Processing
- Performs customer setups, including, but not limited to:
- Access Manager input, EZ Deposit installations, and initial Arbor Direct login and training
- Coordination with Merchant Processing providers
- Support annual processes, including:
- Risk score assessments, EZ Deposit certifications, and ACH Origination certifications
- Draft and update Treasury Management contracts as needed.
- Assist with Weiland account analysis processing, setup, and servicing.
- Provides clerical assistance in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of Treasury management products and services.
- Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance and punctuality.
- Provide prompt and professional service to internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate commitment, dependability, and respect for team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Prior Banking, finance, or related customer service experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience identifying customer needs and expanding relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes with an understanding of how customers use them

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

- Primarily sedentary work (sitting/standing for extended periods).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents.
- Ability to focus for extended periods and assess accuracy of work.
- Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time
