Job Details
Permanent Plant Controller – Manufacturing Industry. Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, where you will be the financial backbone of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and highlight areas of concern.Develop and implement effective forecasting models to predict revenue, costs, and financial outcomes.Prepare comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations and standards.Participate in strategic planning, providing insightful financial data and making recommendations to support decision-making.Collaborate with plant management and corporate finance to align financial goals and strategies.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes that may affect the organization.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and financial regulations.Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team.High level of integrity, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.Get ready to take your career to new heights.
