Lead Finance Analyst - Strategic Intelligence

• Analyze broad market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic business decisions
• Review peer and competitor financial results and management commentary to identify industry trends
• Develop content to support discussions with external stakeholders, including investors and rating agencies
• Collaborate on strategic projects and initiatives, exploring opportunities and risks
• Provide strategic insights and intelligence to senior leadership for informed decision‑making

• Deep expertise in finance, accounting, and/or business strategy, preferably within the insurance industry
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution of financial projects
• Excellent research and analytical abilities, with the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, GAAP, and statutory accounting principles
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating effectively with stakeholders

• Experience with the Life Insurance Industry
• Candidates based in the Omaha, NE metro area are preferred
